DESCRIPTION:Please Note: Dates and times will vary depending on volume. \nVBM opening and processing\, ballot duplication\, and independent audit processing are conducted in side-by-side rooms. The duplication of ballots and the processing of ballots into the automated independent audit system must happen in the presence of at least one Canvassing Board member.   \nPublic Comment\nPublic Comment Request forms to be submitted prior to the meeting being called to order. \nThe Canvassing Board Public Comment Request form shall be used for requesting appearances before the Orange County Canvassing Board. Note: Appearances are limited to three (3) minutes at the beginning of the meeting.
