We also recognize that many voters value having a printed Sample Ballot. The decision was based on the Offices’ efforts to increase voter outreach through advertising, media partnerships, community engagement, and online resources. The digital Sample Ballot also allows the Office to provide the most up-to-date ballot information if candidate or ballot changes occurred after the mailer was produced. During this election cycle, three candidates in Orange County have withdrawn after the initial mailer was created, and those updates are reflected on voters’ digital Sample Ballots. One of the benefits of the new mailer style was cost-savings, reducing printing and postage costs and being responsible stewards of taxpayer dollars.

Your personalized Sample Ballot is a preview of the ballot you will receive for the upcoming election. Across Orange County, there are more than 800 variations of the Primary Ballot. It includes only the candidates and races that apply to your residential address and voting districts. Reviewing your Sample Ballot before Election Day is a great way to research candidates and issues and prepare to vote.
How do I access my Sample Ballot?
You have several options:
- Scan the QR code on your Informational Sample Ballot Mailer.
- Visit VoteOrangeFL.gov/WhatsOnMyBallot.
- Voters may contact us for one to be mailed directly to them:

Voters may also pick up a Sample Ballot at one of our offices (Main Office: 119 W. Kaley Street, Orlando or Satellite Office: 9401 W. Colonial Drive, Suite 360A, Ocoee). Later this week, printed Sample Ballots will also be available at all Orange County libraries and Tax Collector offices. We are also working with other local government agencies to offer increased availability throughout the county.

Will the General Election use the same mailer?
No. For the 2026 General Election, the Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office will mail traditional printed Sample Ballots to all voters that will also contain a QR code to their personalized Sample Ballot.
Does the Informational Sample Ballot Mailer affect my ability to vote?
No. The Informational Sample Ballot Mailer does not affect your ability to vote. It is simply another way to access your Sample Ballot and important election information before Election Day.
