Vote-by-Mail Opening & Processing (General Election)

VBM opening and processing, ballot duplication, and independent audit processing are conducted in side-by-side rooms. The duplication of ballots and the processing of ballots into the automated independent audit system must happen in the presence of at least one Canvassing Board member.
Depending on the volume of Vote-By-Mail (VBM) ballots and provisional ballots, canvassing dates, opening and processing dates, and voting system audit processing dates and times could fluctuate.
